Planned: Administrative Mainframe – Hardware Upgrade on June 18, 2017

Service(s) Affected: All mainframe applications will be unavailable.  This includes but is not limited to Payroll, Salmgmt, SAM, SRS, and SFSEASI Web applications that interface with the mainframe will not be available (e.g. PennWorks, Penn-InTouch, Courses-InTouch, Pennant, PennERS, Loans, etc.)

Description: On Sunday, June 18, 2017 beginning at 7:00 AM, ISC will upgrade the Administrative Mainframe.   Applications residing on or just using mainframe data will not be available during the outage window.  All regularly scheduled production batch jobs and sequences will be held during this time.  The mainframe will return to normal operation at Noon.

In the event that problems are found beyond the planned maintenance window, please call ISC Client Care at 215-898-1000. If necessary, please follow after-hours prompts.
