Planned: Adobe Administrative Console Account clean-up on August 25, 2021

On Wednesday, August 25th, ISC will be performing some maintenance on the Adobe Administrative Console to clean up and remove orphaned Adobe accounts that do not have access to any Adobe products and have no other administrative permissions associated with them.

Accounts that will be removed will be those that do not have ANY of the following applied to them in the Adobe Administrative Console:

Admin Role
Product Configuration
Product Configuration Administration
User Groups (except TemporaryCreativeCloudStudentAccess)
User Groups Administered
Products Administered
Developer Access

Accounts that have one or more of the fields above associated with their account will not be affected.

This will remove user accounts that do not have access to any Adobe products while leaving the accounts of all current users of Adobe products and administrators intact.

Users are not expected to receive notice that they are removed from the THE TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA account. This has been tested with accounts with either a Federated ID (Penn SSO) or an Adobe ID.
