On Tuesday, January 5th, 2021, from 10 am to 2 pm, ISC will perform maintenance on the BigFix Endpoint Management service. This maintenance is needed to upgrade the platform from version 9.5 Patch 7 to 10.0 Patch 1.
LSPs will not be able to login to the BigFix console nor its associated web services during this time.
LSPs will need to download the new console installers from the Box share upon successful completion of this upgrade. Generic installers are also available from the following site:
