On Sunday, June 23, 2019, the Contact Center Servers will receive monthly Windows patches.
To minimize disruption, we will be patching one server at a time. The backup server will take over as primary immediately when the switchover is performed, and agents and supervisors will notice a brief downtime in their Client Applications.
If you are an agent who is logged in during one of the switchover events, the desktop client screen will "grey out" for a few seconds, and your session will be restored when we fail over to the other server. This is an automated process and is expected to happen 2 or 3 times during the patching window.
