ISC will be performing planned quarterly Data Center network infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, June 5, 2022, beginning at midnight and ending at 8:00 AM. We will be upgrading the Data Center firewalls in Pennovation and Levy NAP during this maintenance period. Between midnight and 3:00 AM, we expect connectivity to all ISC-hosted applications to be unavailable for approximately 45 minutes.
This maintenance period will coincide with planned FRES electrical maintenance, which will result in a total power shutdown to the Data Center in Levy. ISC will be shutting down all systems in the Levy NAP beginning at 8:00 PM Saturday, June 4. We expect to have all systems returned to service by 10:30 AM Sunday, June 5. The electrical work will not impact any Facilities Managed clients in the Pennovation Data Center.
