ISC is retiring support for legacy security protocols for FTP file transfers with the mainframe (ivy.umis.upenn.edu) on Monday, April 22. File transfers with the mainframe now require an FTP client that utilizes TLSv1.2.

The following security protocols will no longer be supported:
- SSLv3.0
- TLSv1.0
- TLSv1.1
For the past month, we have observed 100% of connections using TLSv1.2, so we do not expect this to cause any service disruptions or downtime.
