ISC is upgrading Remedy on Saturday, November 16, from 11:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 17. Support Center will be unavailable during this window.

To report widespread emergencies during this time, please call 215-898-1000 and follow the after-hour prompts. For non-emergencies, please email Client Care at help@isc.upenn.edu.

This update preserves the same core functionality and user interface as the previous version, and the majority of the changes will occur on the back-end.
