On Thursday morning April 21, 2022, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, ISC will be performing a code upgrade on the University Border Firewalls. During the maintenance window the University Client VPN sessions will drop when the Firewalls are rebooted.
No other impact to connectivity is expected during this change. ISC will be monitoring network connectivity after the upgrade has been completed. Please contact Client Care at help@isc.upenn.edu if you experience any connectivity issues after the change has been completed.
