This is a friendly reminder that ISC will perform scheduled Data Center infrastructure maintenance on Sunday, June 4, 2023. We have two planned upgrades planned during this maintenance period:
Data Center F5 Hardware Upgrade
ISC will upgrade the Data Center F5 hardware appliances between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM. During this window, all URLs front-ended by the F5 will be unavailable. We do not expect this work to cause additional service disruptions or downtime. A complete list of impacted URLs is available at https://upenn.box.com/v/data-center-f5-url-list
Levy UPS Capacitor replacement
ISC will work with our infrastructure partner, Vertiv, to replace the capacitors in the Levy Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS.) During this window, we will put the UPS in maintenance bypass at midnight and expect the work to be completed by 8:00 AM. We do not expect this work to cause any service disruptions or downtime.
