Unplanned: Intermittent Network Connectivity Issues on February 5, 2019

ISC has identified a piece of bad equipment in the data center which may have been disrupting network traffic and causing the intermittent connectivity issues that began on February 5.  This equipment has been removed.  We are now continuing to monitor the network for any further issues. 

If anyone continues to experience network slowness or disruption, please contact ISC Client Care with details so we can investigate any issues that may exist.
