Problem: University Enterprise Applications Outage

Services Affected: University Enterprise Applications, which include but are not limited to:
- BEN Financials
- Penn-InTouch
- Penn Community
- Business Objects
- PennWorks
- U@Penn
- PennGroups
The configuration changes that were applied yesterday appear to have fixed the intermittent outages. We are considering this issue resolved for now but will continue to monitor the application environments. If anything changes, we will be sure to update you with additional information.
