PennNet Phone and Contact Center unexpected service disruption

At approximately 2:30 PM today, we experienced a service disruption on several of the voice trunks between Penn and Verizon. The links were restored almost immediately, but any calls in progress at the time of the blink would have been dropped. This affected both PennNet Phone and Contact Center. ISC staff are working with Verizon to determine the cause of the outage. We apologize for the inconvenience. Both PennNet Phone and Contact Center should be fully functional at this time.
