Unplanned: PennNet Phones & Contact Center Issue on January 20, 2021

Update 1/20/21- 5:50 pm: The intermittent issue with failed calls from PennNet Phone and Contact Center is now resolved. Verizon confirmed they experienced an internal network connectivity problem, which they have fixed.  If you experience any issues, please contact Client Care at 215-898-1000 and follow the after-hours prompts, if necessary.

 


ISC is investigating reports of intermittent failed calls from PennNet Phone and Contact Center routing through Verizon. We will send more details as they become available.
