We have again received isolated reports of users not receiving SMS verification codes during Two-Step verification on the TMobile network. This issue is widespread and not specific to Penn.
Affected users can use the 2-Step phone-call fall-back method if they do not have an authenticator app configured for Two-Step Verification.
Two-Step Verification Duo Push notifications are not impacted and are working normally.
