Unplanned: Support Center Disruption on July 3, 2019 (Resolved)

Update:  

ISC has identified and resolved the problem that was affecting Support Center earlier today.

The disruption was a result of two unrelated issues happening coincidentally. We worked with BMC to restart servers on their end, which fixed the performance and icons. The missing tiles were related permissions/access due to the recent Workday changes. We updated the access groups and fully restored tile visibility.

ISC is investigating an issue that is affecting Support Center. We have received several reports of users unable to see tiles, icons not displaying correctly, and overall slowness. 

We will continue to look into this, and send an update when we have more information. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
