Unplanned: Update: intermittent mailbox enable issue adversely impacting mail routing for some PennO365 accounts on June 15, 2018

UPDATE: ISC has identified and fixed the problem that caused mail routing to not be applied correctly to some PennO365 accounts when they were mailbox enabled.  Mail routing was successfully applied to all mailboxes that were enabled on Monday, June 18.  ISC will continue to monitor this situation to ensure there are no additional issues, however.

 

This issue was first reported on Friday, June 15. Prior to the fix being implemented, ISC identified and fixed the mail routing of all accounts that did not have mail routing correctly applied.
