Simplifying ISC Bills
We are automating, improving, and simplifying ISC’s billing processes. ISC is delivering easy-to-understand detailed invoices.
Goals
- Replace manual invoices previously emailed annually, quarterly, and/or monthly with an easy-to-access online billing system (Apptio), available monthly
- Produce a consolidated view of multiple invoices for different services in one combined interface
- Simplify how clients manage and view bills, allowing them to drill down on invoice details and export data to Microsoft Excel for further review and analysis
- Provide a robust and graphical dashboard with critical data and trends such as year-to-date (YTD) invoiced amounts for the top five services, as well as YTD invoiced amounts for applications and projects (if applicable)
