    Contact Center designs are customized to meet each client's specific needs. Most Contact Center designs also rely on PennNet Phone and Traditional Telephony service offerings.

    Menu Changes, Configuration Changes, and New Call Center Design are billed in one hour increments.

    New greeting recordings are billed in 15 minute increments.

    ISC rate increases are generally aligned with University increases.
