Charge-back components include:
- Labor and license fees will be charged for all new Contact Centers as well as for all additions to existing Contact Centers. One-time quotes will be provided as part of an initial installation requirements gathering meeting.
- Set up costs will be charged for new feature requests.
- Recording will incur a separate charge to cover storage.
