Contact Center - Rates

This service is funded by Allocated Funds as recommended by the Penn Technology Investment Committee (PTIC).

PTIC covered service components include:

  • All ongoing maintenance

Charge-back components include: 

  • Labor and license fees will be charged for all new Contact Centers as well as for all additions to existing Contact Centers. One-time quotes will be provided as part of an initial installation requirements gathering meeting.
  • Set up costs will be charged for new feature requests.
  • Recording will incur a separate charge to cover storage.
