ISC has implemented an IT Service Management (ITSM) process, seeking to deliver and design best practices for aligning service offerings with business needs.
At this meeting, we will discuss ITSM processes, procedures, communication and technology. ISC would like to share information and partner with IT professionals and groups across campus as we move the ITSM forward.
