Predicting technological change at Penn means sometimes being wrong. John Mulhern III will discuss ten specific examples of times he has been wrong about technology over the last 25 years at the University, going into detail about why he was wrong, what he (hopefully) learned from these mistakes, and why some of them still keep him up at night. Attendees will be encouraged, but absolutely not required, to contribute some of their questionable technology-related predictions.
