Lunchtime Learning: Setting Up A Conference Room

| 12:00pm to 1:30pm ISC Conf 3401 Walnut Room 337A

Please join us for a lunchtime learning session where Jeff Douthett of ISC Classroom Technology Services will discuss what the technical and non-technical person should take into account when planning to install or upgrade audiovisual equipment in a conference room.

The session will cover:
· The pros and cons of using projectors vs. displays
· What factors to consider when determining the use of and/or placement of a control panel
· The pros and cons of using an installed computer
· Considerations to take into account to enhance the user experience
· Other considerations

While some specific technical information may be discussed, this session is intended principally to allow the participants to know what questions they should ask both their users and their AV providers when making decisions about teching a conference room.
