This session will provide an overview of the Programs feature in Knowledge Link. Programs provide a friendly way to group online and instructor-led courses together and walk learners through content for things like employee onboarding or soft skills training. We will provide an overview of the Programs feature, Program types, and when to use Programs versus Curricula. You will also have the opportunity to hear from our training providers about real use cases in the Perelman School of Medicine and HR Learning & Education.
