Microsoft Teams Training for ISC

| 10:00am to 12:00pm Bits & Pieces, Room 306 Sansom Place West

We are inviting you to participate in the MS Teams ongoing training/demo for ISC.  This training/demo will be given by Microsoft directly.

What is MS Teams?
Microsoft Teams is cloud-based team collaboration software that is part of the Office 365 suite of applications.  PennO365 users can use Teams to collaborate with other PennO365 users via individual and group messaging, file sharing, and web conferencing.

Why are we offering training/demo?
The Unified Communications and Collaboration Technology team inside Technology Services has started an initiative to trial Microsoft Teams as a common collaboration tool across ISC.  The goal is to trial using a common tool in ISC for communication and collaboration, and since ISC and Penn are heavily invested in Penn O365, we are pursuing the use of MS Teams across ISC.

Both prospective and seasoned MS Teams users are welcome and encouraged to attend.   After the training/demo, we will open the discussion to folks that are using Teams currently to delve into how it is being used on campus and what has been successful and challenging using this tool.

Agenda:
