PennFlex Phone is the new cloud-based telephony service which will eventually replace PennNet Phone. Powered by Vonage, the PennFlex Phone service will support business operations at Penn with quality telephony service, as well as unified communications functionality including a mobile and desktop app with messaging and audio/video conferencing.
