Security SIG: Programming Essentials for Security Analysts Using Python, Part I

This will be the first of a two or three part series focused on getting you up and running with Python for information security related projects and tasks. We'll talk about PyCharm-Edu, a free tool for learning Python, and virtual environments and how to use them for your Python projects. We'll be sharing some Python scripts used for back-end SIEM realted tasks.

Part one will give folks a solid foundation of Python to build upon.
