Kevin Lux, a systems programmer from Penn Medicine, will be discussing the PMACS Operations Portal (POP).
POP is a web-based system designed and implemented to integrate Perelman School of Medicine systems with University and Penn Medicine resources. POP allows users to carry out complex tasks across different systems easily while ensuring process repeatability, efficiency, and auditing, ultimately allowing Penn Medicine Academic Computing Services (PMACS) to provide consistent and expeditious customer support.
