Tech Center
Located on the Ground Floor of Van Pelt Library, the Tech Center (formerly the CRC) provides assistance to Penn students with technical issues. Student Support Specialists are available to provide general computing support to students living off-campus, in Sansom Place East and West, and Greek houses. Specialists can also assist all users of the Penn Library with library technology issues.
NOTE: Residents of other college houses are supported by College House Computing. For more information or to request assistance, please visit the College House Computing page.
The Tech Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm in Room G-102 of the Van Pelt Library, 3420 Walnut Street. During these hours, support is available in-person, as well as over the phone (215-898-9720) and through email (techcenter@upenn.edu). Local computing support at your school, center or residence
If you have a question about desktop and mobile computing or voice/data services, please check with your IT Local Support Provider (LSP). LSPs have knowledge about the computing requirements and specialized environment of your school, center, or on-campus residence.
