How to Submit a Support Center Request

  1. Login to the Support Center with your pennkey:

  2. Select the service you need, either by browsing:
    Select your service from the catalog
  3. ... or by searching the catalog:

  4. Review the details of the service and click Request Now

  5. Fill out the details of your request in the form. Note that all required fields will have a red asterisk*

  6. To submit a screenshot, spreadsheet, or other file, click Attach files.

  7. Browse to your file and upload
    Attach the File with the Open button
     
  8. Your file will now be listed under Attached files

  9. Click Complete request
    Complete Request button
     
  10. You will receive a confirmation screen. Click I'm done.

  11. A confirmation email will be sent with a request number and your details
