PennNet Phone: Voice mail to Email

In PPS, PennNet Phone's web interface, you can configure your account to receive voice mail in email.

  1. Go to and log in with your PennKey. 
  2. If you are the owner of multiple lines, be sure to select the number you want to change from the "Quick Navigation" drop-down menu at the top of the page.  
  3. Select the "Features and Voice Mail" option from the "Destination" drop-down menu located at the top right of the "Quick Navigation" section and click the "Submit" button.
  4. Under "Voicemail Settings," select either "email only" if you just want to receive the voice message as an email attachment, or "email and telephone" if you want to keep a copy in your phone mailbox as well. 
  5. Enter the address where you want to receive your messages in the "Email address for voice mail delivery" box, then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of that section.
