AirPennNet Return to Campus Toolkit available

As previously reported, some users are experiencing difficulty connecting to AirPennNet upon their return to campus.  ISC continues to actively investigate the root cause of this issue.

ISC has worked with a team of client advisors to develop a toolkit to assist LSPs and end users with connecting both managed and personal devices to AirPennNet.

Please continue to report issues that your users experience when reconnecting to AirPennNet to help@isc.upenn.edu.  Your reports are essential to understanding the scope and developing solutions for this issue. When reporting issues, please include the OS and MAC address of the affected device, and at approximately what time the issue occurred.
