Using lessons learned from the successful rollout of Two-Step Verification to staff, ISC is working with school and center IT organizations to improve the Two-Step enrollment application, self-help resources, and the resources for IT support staff. The goal is to provide Two-Step end users at the University with the best possible experience.
As part of this effort, we have created the #two-step-verification channel on Slack. The purpose of this channel is to provide IT staff who are involved or interested in the rollout and support of Two-Step the means to discuss support experiences, rollout strategies, and other related topics. ISC will also use this channel to share updates and information about the Two-Step service.
Please note that ISC Client Care is the point of contact for IT staff who need to request support for Two-Step-related issues from ISC. Please direct any requests for Two-Step support to help@isc.upenn.edu.
