On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, ISC will retire the legacy @zimbra.upenn.edu alias. This is the final phase of the retirement of ISC's on-premise Zimbra email service. Following the retirement, email sent to @zimbra.upenn.edu addresses will not be delivered and the sender will receive a non-delivery receipt (NDR) bounce message.
To help schools and centers prepare, ISC will generate a report of users receiving an email sent to pennkey@zimbra.upenn.edu to assist with the identification of users potentially affected by this retirement. This report will be sent to IT organizations with impacted accounts if any. A copy of the report can also be obtained by submitting a request to ISC Client Care at help@isc.upenn.edu.
