Overview
Provider Support Services plays a key role in Penn's decentralized model of computing support, giving local School and Center IT staff an escalation point within the University where they can get technical advice and have expedited access to vendors. Enabling strong technical staffs in the Schools and Centers helps to advance Penn's mission.
