Donna Milici is ISC’s Executive Director for Client Services. Her role is to build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships between ISC and Penn's schools and centers, as well as other members of the Penn community. Ms. Milici leads the Client Care, Relationship Management, and Campus Services areas of ISC. She serves as ISC's strategic interface with the Penn community for business/IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management, as well as leading and facilitating collaborations throughout the university.
Prior to (re)joining ISC, Donna was IT Executive Director and CIO for Penn Nursing. There she led the Office of Technology and Information Systems in advancing instructional, research, and clinical missions. Donna started her Penn career in ISC, holding positions that included Director of Planning and Director of Academic Computing.
Donna earned a B.S. from Shippensburg University in Secondary Education and an M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics.
