Patricia McConnell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience leading strategic initiatives and implementing people-focused talent solutions.
She was previously Senior Manager of Human Resources at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she supported over 4,000 employees working in diverse areas across the hospital.
Before joining CHOP, Patty served the City of Philadelphia’s Streets Department as Deputy Commissioner, where she improved a variety of administrative services and processes and transformed HR.
Patty earned her BA in Psychology from Temple University and her MBA from Drexel University. Patty is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior HR Professional. She recently completed a certificate program in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, and is a proud recipient of the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award.
