Tiffany Hanulec is ISC’s Executive Director of Technology Services and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for systems engineering, operations, networking, telecommunications, and collaboration services for use by the global University.

She joined ISC in 2011 and has acted as a leader for numerous key technical initiatives, including the infrastructure lead for Penn’s Cloud First initiative. Her strong customer service orientation, responsiveness, advocacy for her clients, and stewardship of the University and its resources strikes a balance that helps ISC operate efficiently while innovating sensibly.

Tiffany's expertise as a technologist developed through varied roles at several mid-Atlantic institutions, from Bryn Mawr College, Swarthmore College, Villanova University, to Penn. Over the course of her career, her practical knowledge of and deep skill with topics such as business intelligence, data and analytics, ERP, infrastructure management, and cloud computing have furthered the missions and goals of the institutions she has served. Tiffany received a B.A. in English Literature from Bryn Mawr College. Her Master's of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania culminated in a thesis on the analysis and application of dramatic literature as organizational case study and she received graduate certificates in leadership, management, and practitioner of change. She uses the full range of her technical and interdisciplinary skills and interests in her current roles as leader, manager, collaborator, and partner with her colleagues at Penn.
