Information Security invites you to “Go Fly a Kite”

Many cultures associate kite flying with celebration, art, and innovation. Kite festivals take place every year in India, Japan, China, South America and the U.S.  Of course, kite flying also has an important link to Penn’s founder Ben Franklin, who flew a kite on a stormy day to study lightning and electricity.

In celebration of Take Our Children to Work Day - and Benjamin Franklin’s innovative spirit – the ISC Office of Information Security invites you to a Spring Kite Day. The event is being held to raise awareness about key information security concepts while enjoying kite flying with family members and colleagues.

Bring your own kite or use one of the 200 kites provided at no cost.

Share your creativity by designing a kite to reflect one of three information security themes:

1. Two Step Verification

2. Strong Password

3. Data protection

Celebrate Spring on:

Date: Thursday, April 25, 2019

Time: 12:00 - 2:00 pm

Location:

ACE Adams Field
3100 Lower Walnut
