4. Test
The test step is where the solution will be fully tested according to the success criteria identified in the scope step. If needed a project team will be assembled and a test plan devised and executed. After this step is complete a report will be produced which will contain:
- Recommendation on the implementation of the solution, including the future for the solution in Penn
- A potential of expansion or reduction of the solution as appropriate
