Overview
PennO365 is the University’s cloud-based email and calendaring service available to every School and Center on an opt-in basis. The subscription-based service includes a number of additional benefits: the full suite of Office 365 ProPlus applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access) that can be installed on up to five personal computers and devices, (as well as used online via web-based applications) and OneDrive for Business (Microsoft’s cloud data storage and collaboration solution that provides each participant with 1TB).
Benefits
- Ease of collaboration across the entire campus community, including calendaring, email, and document sharing
- Each subscriber receives 50 GB of storage in the primary mailbox, plus unlimited storage in the archive mailbox
- Up to 1 TB of file storage on OneDrive for Business
- Up to five free copies of MS Office suite for personal use
- Email and document editing available over the web
