On Sunday, April 22, 2018, the Contact Center servers will receive monthly patches along with the rest of the Production Windows Servers.  Please note this patching always takes place on the fourth Sunday of the month.

In order to minimize disrupting the service, we will be patching one server at a time. The backup server will take over as primary immediately when the switchover is performed and agents and supervisors will notice a brief downtime in their Client Applications.

If you are an agent who is logged in during one of the switchover events, the desktop client screen will "grey out" for a few seconds and your session will be restored when we fail over to the other server. This is an automated process. This is expected to happen 2 or 3 times during the patching window.
