On Wednesday, March 21, 2018, ISC will upgrade the Window OS on one of the two the media servers for the Contact Center. The plan is to upgrade one server on the 21st and a week later upgrade the second server on the 28th.
The process is not expected to have any customer impact. The Contact Center can run on one media server, we have a pair of media servers for redundancy which allows us to perform maintenance with minimal impact to the user community.
