Service(s) Affected: Firewall (February 2), and Data Center (February 2 and 3)
There are two scheduled events this weekend that are not likely to impact the Contact Center, but we wanted to make you aware of them.
On Saturday, February 2, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ISC will be performing software upgrades to the Data Center firewalls that protect the Contact Center system. As an extra precaution, ISC will be upgrading the firewalls individually to minimize the risk of a service interruption. While ISC does not anticipate that this maintenance will adversely impact the Contact Center service, it is possible the service may be disrupted during the maintenance window. ISC will be monitoring the Contact Center service both during and immediately after the maintenance window to ensure the service is operational.
On Saturday, February 2, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM and again on Sunday, February 3, 2019, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, ISC will be conducting fiber maintenance to the Pennovation Data Center. This work is not expected to have any impact at all on Contact Center Services. We are running on the servers located in the Levy Data Center; the servers in Pennovation are currently secondary.
