Beginning on Monday, January 15 at 9:00 pm, Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) will be taken offline for maintenance. This work is scheduled to be completed by 11:00 pm.
FIM is the system which synchronizes PennKey (i.e., human) account information between various Penn systems and the PennO365 environment. Any user information updates made via the Penn Online Directory or Penn Community during the maintenance window will not take effect until after the FIM maintenance is complete.
Please note that no other PennO365 functions (i.e., mail, calendaring, etc.) will be affected by this maintenance.
