Planned Outage: Administrative Web Applications on October 13, 2019

On Sunday, October 13, 2019, ISC will be performing an Oracle upgrade for the Shared RAC environment that supports both PennCommunity and many other administrative web applications.  The upgrade will take place between 2 AM – 8 AM.  During this window, many web applications will not be available.

Applications affected include, but are not limited to:

  • Research Services (Research Inventory, ARIES, HSERA, SHEPHERD, PHS-FITS, ACCR, LMS Translator, LMS Profiler and LMS Import)
  • Student Applications (Penn InTouch, Courses InTouch, Pennant Accounts, Grad Admissions Supplement, Penn Loans System, Tuition Distribution, Course Evaluations)
  • Weingarten-Learning-Center (WLRC)  
  • SecureShare
