Penn’s local telephone provider, Verizon, is currently troubleshooting a network problem with Comcast. As a result, dialing a local Comcast-owned number from a campus phone may experience a call drop or a “fast busy” tone.
ISC will continue to communicate with Verizon as they troubleshoot this problem. We will send a follow-up announcement when Verizon has resolved the issue.
