Lucidspark is a high-powered digital whiteboard used for brainstorming and planning, that gets all stakeholders on the same page and helps teams avoid project scope creep. It integrates with different project management tools and also helps make sure ideas don’t lose momentum after they are developed.
In this session, representatives from Lucid (Chelsea Hicks and Nicole Rome) will give a basic overview of Lucidspark. They will explain the various use cases and go over basic tools. They will then discuss some tips for meeting facilitation, ideation, project management, collaboration, and how Spark integrates with Lucidchart!
