Transitioning to Remedy 9 and Support Center for ISC Clients

ISC is transitioning its ticket fulfillment system from Remedy 8 to Remedy 9, a new, cloud-based version of the Remedy service management tool. Remedy 9 includes Support Center – a new, easy-to-use client portal for submitting and tracking tickets.
