As of today, February 24, LSPs are now able to mailbox enable/mailbox disable PennKey (i.e. human) accounts for PennO365 by using Cloud Control.

Please note that the creation of non-PennKey accounts (i.e., non-human) will need to be submitted to ISC Client Care. This functionality in Cloud Control is still being developed by Dimension Data.
