In-Person Reception to follow!

We know that many of you have missed the social aspect of having an in-person event after the past few years of remote work, which is why we are so excited to announce that we will be hosting an in-person reception at City Tap House in University City!

When: Wednesday, May 18 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Where:

City Tap House

3925 Walnut St, Radian Balcony

We ask that you please register for the Staff Convention by the end of the day, Friday, May 13 if you are planning to attend the reception, as we will need an accurate headcount for the venue.

One more thing!

Among the many great presentations we have lined up, Jared Venezia of Penn Dental Medicine will be presenting on his research, focused around the impact of COVID-19 on organizational change in the IT community. As part of his presentation, Jared is hoping to collect feedback from fellow IT staff, and has asked that we share the following message. Look for Jared's talk, titled Organizational Change at Penn: The Impact of COVID-19 on Remote Work and IT Staff!

The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent “shutdown” in early 2020 was an unprecedented time of organizational change. My capstone research looks to specifically examine the impact of COVID-19 on remote work and IT staff at Penn. The following survey results will be included as part of this research, as well as presented in part during a session at this year's IT Staff Convention.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey, if you are part of Penn’s IT community (feel free to also share with any current coworkers/friends or those who may have recently separated from Penn).

All responses will remain anonymous.

Thank you very much for your time!
