Vonage Engineers have confirmed that the intermittent authentication issue has been resolved. If you are still having issues with MobileConnect, please log back in to restore this service.

Vonage, our cloud provider for PennFlex Phone, is currently investigating intermittent authentication issues on their platform which may be preventing users from logging in or using the service. Users may experience a forced logout from their MobileConnect app, or they may receive a login error when trying to use MobileConnect.

ISC will be monitoring this situation and will provide updates as we receive them from Vonage.
